Cara Evans – Account Manager

To me, working with Prism means exactly that. I can have open discussions regarding my personal growth and career progression, as well as be engaged in the wider company goals. This culture of togetherness means that I can be open with both my team and the senior team, and lead with transparency. I began my Prism career as a Junior Account Executive and developed my industry knowledge and confidence through such collaboration. Now that I’m an Account Manager, I hope to continue promoting an environment that encourages success.

Hannah Griffith – Training and Quality Administrator

I joined the Training and Quality team at Prism ideas in April 2022 as a Trainee Administrator Assistant. I support the Quality and Training Manager to identify and distribute training for the team ensuring the latest, up to date training. I am responsible for updating the Prism training platform with training and storing the completed training certificates. I also provide support to the reviewers, helping them with any queries they may have.

Prism ideas offers hybrid working which supports the work life balance. However, I enjoy working in the office environment three times a week socialising and working as part of a team. Prism ideas support my career development by providing me with training to better my knowledge within the role. I feel appreciated by my manager who I have regular meetings with. My suggestions are valued and utilised within the organisation.
